And, in the first steps of documentation, I actually managed to snag a couple of belly pics.
The first ones, are the day after my big fat positive - 4 weeks along.
And, IMHO, nothing more really than what I would normally attribute to "pre-period bloat".
The light background doesn't help (I may have to switch it up next time), but there isn't a huge difference. My stomach definitely feels a bit bigger, but no one can seem to be able to "tell" that I'm pregnant yet... Josh did comment this morning, though, about how hard the lower part of my stomach feels.
According to the doctor, I haven't gained any weight yet, but I know that a few pounds snuck in there before my first appointment at 6 1/2 weeks. Heck, I guarantee at least a couple of those pounds are in my boobs. And, oh how I WISH I was kidding...
Not drinking isn't exactly awesome (did I mention I was IN a wedding last weekend?), but I don't really mind it either. And, seeing (and then hearing) the heartbeat was about the coolest thing ever!
All in all, things have been pretty smooth thus far. In the beginning all I wanted to do was eat and sleep, but since about 9 weeks I've started to feel at least a bit like my old self. Really, we just feel extremely fortunate, and are thrilled to be on our way over the first trimester hump. Almost there... :)

Oh, and for anyone asking about where our new furniture is from... The dining room set is from Thomasville and is called Coterie. And, the couch is from Macy's. I'll be sure to take pics once they arrive.
And, lastly, if you have any "first three months of pregnancy" questions for me, feel free to ask. I'm pretty much and open book and I love hearing about other people's experiences, but I don't want to bore you guys with all things pregnancy and baby either :).

yay for belly pics! you look like you're still in killer shape, which means your baby will be healthy and you'll look super cute as a pregnant lady :)
Cute!! :)
And I wear two sports bras to the gym now...I never had to before, but it quickly became necessary. I've never worn bras to bed either, but that's become a regular thing as well.
You look soooo good girl! I can't tell any difference at all!
You look fantastic! Definitely don't look pregnant yet, but you look healthy and toned!
We need a how you found out, how you told Josh and family, and nursery plans post!
You look great!! I was actually wondering where your couch was from. :)
Congrats! You look great! I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy!

YAY YAY YAY! And can I mention that the way you look right now, at the end of your first trimester, is better than my stomach has EVER looked! I wear two sports bras too. Always have, always will!
Congrats again on your pregnancy! You look fantastic. I know how hard you've been working this year and you were definitely in tip-top shape when you got pregnant. I can't imagine having to wear two sports bras! If I ever get pregnant, I can't wait to have boobs!
Congratulations! That is so exciting!!!
